For the past several years, we have watched God faithfully build something special at Victory. What started as vision has become reality—lives are being changed, families are being strengthened, and our church has become a place where people encounter the presence of God in a real and powerful way.

But we are not finished.

Phase 2 of the Foundation Forward Campaign is about preparing for the future God is calling us into. It’s about creating space—not just physically, but spiritually and relationally—for what’s coming next.
This next phase will double the size of our lobby, transforming it into a welcoming, functional space where people can connect, build relationships, and truly feel at home the moment they walk through the doors. First impressions matter, and this expansion allows us to better receive guests, families, and new faces with warmth and excellence.

At the heart of this expansion is the addition of a new café space—a place designed for fellowship, conversation, and community. Church isn’t just about what happens in the sanctuary; it’s about the relationships that are formed before and after service. This café will become a hub for connection, discipleship, and life-giving moments throughout the week.

Phase 2 also includes critical electrical and HVAC upgrades throughout the building. These improvements aren’t just about comfort—they are about stewardship. As we grow, we must ensure our facility can support the increased demand with efficiency, reliability, and excellence for years to come.

This is more than a building project.
This is about making room for people.
This is about removing limitations so ministry can flourish.
This is about positioning Victory for the next generation.
