(2 Kings 19:31) Beginnings Through the evangelistic efforts of Hear O Israel, a Messianic Jewish ministry, over 200,000 Jewish people have professed faith in Jesus (Yeshua) as Messiah since the mid-1990s. This unprecedented harvest prompted several leading Jewish and non-Jewish ministries to form a coalition, and the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute (MJBI) was born. With the goal of training these new believers, the MJBI began in Odessa, Ukraine, in 1996. In time, additional schools started in the Jewish population centers of Budapest, Hungary, Moscow, Russia, Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ignite is a brand new discipleship class for Juniors ages 12 to 15 years old. Ignite happens every Sunday directly after the worship portion of the 1st and 2nd Services. Ignite meets in the new Youth Room located above the Gymnasium! Ignite is all about bringing our Juniors closer to knowing who God is! | Prayer Ministry
Victory Christian Center is a church committed to prayer. The ministry of prayer is key to the salvation of souls, healing for the hurting, unity in the Church and vision for the future. Every Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:30pm a church-wide prayer and worship service takes place called The Gathering. There are times when this service should be called a Service at The Altar because of the desperate prayers we have prayed seeking God at the altar. The Gathering is open for all believers to attend. We continue to see the Lord for revival and restoration in our Twin Cities! Victory is also in prayer coordination with multiple congregations throughout Bloomington-Normal with 24 hour prayer vigils and Pastoral Prayer Gatherings.
