Favorite kind of music All kinds of music More about Brandon Herald Brandon took over Victory Christian Center’s youth group when he was a teenager himself. He was about 18 years old when his father, Senior Pastor Ed Herald, asked if he wanted to be in the ministry. Brandon's response was that he felt he had a calling and that he wanted to pursue it. That conversation took place on a Monday night and that following Wednesday night they had their first youth meeting. Ever since that night he has been hooked! Brandon has learned a lot about teenagers since then and the number one thing that he has learned is that every single one of them is different. Brandon strongly believes that his ministry is to help teenagers understand that church is both a place of fun and growing in the knowledge of God. From his first night of teaching to now he has been fighting for that. Brandon loves his wife Maraline very much and she also serves with Brandon in Student Life. Brandon and Maraline have only been married one year and Brandon says, "I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world." He also has a black lab named Boomer who loves Brandon very much. |
