GOOD NEWS!Mae S. (Bloomington, IL)
I had a grand-daughter that was murdered 3 years ago on May 2nd. She was very special to me, and I did not know how to get over this terrible thing that satan brought into my life. I withdrew from everything, including going to church. One evening I was grieving so hard that I thought I was having a heart attack. In the morning when I woke up I felt like something was telling me to "go to church." I told God that I didn't blame Him for this, and even so, I went to church. I felt nothing change by being there, and when it came time to be prayed for, I did not go up to receive prayer. Sue Ryburn and Carolynn Clark took me by the hands and led me to the Pastor. I completely fell apart. Pastor Ed, Pastor Beth, and Sue prayed so hard for me, but all I could feel was my heart breaking. When they took me back to my seat and I sat down, I felt a spiritual touch that caused peace to come all over me. I started praising and worshipping God. Not only has He given me such peace over all of this, He has also helped me to forgive the man that took my baby's life. I pray that someday, someone prays with him, and leads him to Jesus. I still cry sometimes at night, but only God sees it.I pray that this testimony gives someone peace in their lives when they are going through bad things. I have so much faith in Jesus!

I suffered with Fibromyalgia for approximately 4 years. The end of March 2014, God healed me.I stood for approximately a year on His healing promises. During that year, I had asked Him to show me areas of my heart that needed to be unlocked and dealt with, just so He could make me into who I was created to be through Him. The main issues that He showed me about were forgiveness and murmuring. Not just asking for forgiveness, but releasing forgiveness. And amazingly, each time I dealt with those issues, I saw relief with the fibro. There was one specific incident after one of those times, when I was complaining in my mind about having to clean up constantly after our dogs. God stopped me dead in my tracks, and reminded me that I had been asking for Him to heal me so that I COULD do that cleaning. He also spoke to me and said that is why the Israelites didn't see their promised land. Wow talk about chastisement ... I have, since then, learned to praise Him in ALL situations! Even if I have to find something to praise Him for, I do it.Then, on March 23, 2014, it was during praise and worship that I felt God's presence so strongly that I became "drunk in the Spirit". It wasn't until we were at home watching TV that I realized I was having ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN! That was when I realized God had totally healed me. I decided I was going to test it. (I believe I was in shock at this point) I did things over the next day or two that would have normally crippled me and put me down for days, but resulted in no pain. I knew then that God had completed my healing, and all I could do at that point was cry and praise Him. Looking back on that situation, God has shown me that March day was just the icing on the cake. My true healing came during that year when I released those situations and people to Him. Since then, God has given me opportunities to see how He has been able to change hearts and lives, all because I chose to be obedient to His word.

About 7 years ago I was in 3 car accidents within 10 months and was left with chronic pain in my neck and shoulders from whiplash and other injuries. I couldn't move my head in any direction without pain. The saints laid hands on me and agreed in prayer for healing and the pain was gone! I can move! God is awesome!

You could say that my testimony leads back to the power of prayer and believing in the power of the Holy Spirit through healing hands! My 2 left feet tripped over themselves coming down the last step at my house. My right arm hit a super heavy wooden door, re-fracturing my radial head below the right elbow. A few days later at church, two ladies prayed over me separately, laying their hands on my elbow...ultimately healing the bone. I know it was healed then because I felt the warmth of the Spirit coming over my elbow and 2 days later was told there was no evidence of a fracture! I've never met anyone who had a fractured bone heal in less than 6 days...that is until I had the touch of His healing Hands through their loving prayers! Praise God!
